JOY TO THE WORLD. COME JOHAN. COME TO SHEA.

Oh, how fine you will look in blue in orange!! Yes, we shall welcome you with open arms and anxious hearts! Mr. Minaya you are temporarily absolved of any wrongdoing this offseason.

I need much more time to process this. So much more time…for now, guarded joy.

Remind me to throw up when his arm falls off in a year. But we’ll worry about that down the line!

Holy shit, I’m glad he’s out of the AL central. Rejoyce Mets fans, this guy is the best pitcher south(or north) of Fausto Carmona

  2. gotigers says:

good deal – this opens door even wider for the Tigers……

  3. FilteringCraig says:

Let’s hope the Mets get him to sign for well less than the $25 million per year asking price he is reportedly looking for. This whole extension is going to be a precursor for CC Sabathia’s contract extension requests. We all know that Cleveland isn’t going to pay any $25 million to a single player.

And GoTigers, may I remind you that the Indians are STILL the team to beat in the AL Central. The Tigers had a superior lineup last year and still got handled by Indians pitching. Dontrelle Willis doesn’t scare anybody.
