Knicks Singing Skills Potentially Worse than On-Court Action

So, the Knicks season opener is tonight in Miami. And, although I tend to mock the franchise and even feign an all-out split, I can’t hide that I still watch – on occasion. Tonight will not be one of those instances. Nevertheless, I thought it my civic obligation to head over to knicks.com and at least educate myself.

It was there I was treated to the latest “Know Your Knicks” feature. The focus? Favorite song. Drink in the all-time selections from our New York Knicks. Also be sure to check out Toney Douglas, Al Harrington and Kryponate flexing the golden pipes — or not. My personal commentary. In general, I question the historical significance of some of these selections. Best ever made was the question, fellas. Hope your defense is better than your question interpretation.

1. Nothing against the King of Pop, but if he’s still around I’m doubting three of these dudes would be giving props to MJ for “best song ever made”

2. I have to admit, I wasn’t waiting on the Jay-Z/Rihanna combo from Danillo Galinari. Who knew?

3. Nate’s is the only answer I can give some respect to…I can recite that whole song, too. One of top 10 in genre. Ever. Believe that.

i agree, the MJ love is artificial.
basketball players liking rap doesn't surprise me but i like the two people who broke the stereotype.
