T.O.? Jets? Hard Knocks? Too Much to Even Comprehend

Ummmm, OK. Seriously, this might be too much for my brain to process. And, yes, I know that it’s likely just a casual inquiry and tons of media and fan hype (see: this post). But, let’s for a second allow ourselves to think about Terrell Owens – signing with the J-E-T-S.
If my man Adam Schefter reports contact, then, oh yes, contact has been made. What do I think if you asked me to even entertain the possibility? Gut? Don’t like it. There are too many things that need to jell on this team already. Adding a combustible ingredient like Owens would not make the Super Bowl recipe any easier to put together. In my fantasy land, you can’t help but think a little bit about “what if…” Owens, Cotchery, Edwards and Holmes? Would there even be enough balls to go around? The quick answer, of course, is no. Which is just one more reason I should just ignore this whole thing.
OK, only one last quickie on this “news.” I’d be interested in bringing aboard T.O. if only for camp. It would make Hard Knocks, which I’m already over-the-moon fired up about, even more must-see TV. The ultimate NFL reality star, on the awesomest NFL reality program? With an all-world cast that includes Pretty Boy Sanchez, Sexy Rexy, Bart The Mouth Scott, LT, Santonio, Braylon, Revis…oh, baby. That would be something.
So that was fun…now back to real life. Can we sign Revis already?
