Usain Bolt halts interview to honor Richards-Ross medal ceremony

Every time I want to give Usain Bolt sh*t…for instance, when he was too busy doing post-win pushups following his 200M win this afternoon to shake the hand of countryman Yohan Blake, my mind goes to this.

For those who missed it, here’s a class move from a sprinter who is far better known for his showmanship than his sportsmanship. This is a brilliant example of the latter from earlier this week. Watch as Bolt is interviewed about his 100M win and stops the reporter in order to recognize the medal ceremony for American Sanya Richards-Ross (who had recently won gold in the 400M).

Class move. Now, can the pushups already. Who do you think you are? T.O.?
